Flameworking.
Glass is heated to approximately 2000° F utilizing hot torches designed for flameworking otherwise known as lampworking. Clear and color glass rods & tubes are heated in a flame and shaped using various tools, heat, air and gravity. Finished pieces are then placed in a kiln overnight to anneal.
